In stock orders received before 12pm CST will be shipped same day. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

An order may be cancelled while it is in the processing stage. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
Regular orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned in new condition with a copy of the receipt. We reserve the right to deny a full refund if merchandise is sent back in an unfavorable condition. Shipping, handling will not be refunded. Shaesby is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
To ensure quality customer service, please contact web@shaesby.com or 1.877.shaesby (742.3729) for shipping instructions and a return authorization number. Please clearly write the RA# on the outside if the package – any packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
We will repair any items purchased from Shaesby.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please contact web@shaesby.com or 1.877.shaesby for a repair authorization number.
